First Peoples engagement
At Beon, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for First Nations communities and businesses. Our ongoing commitment to working with First Peoples led to us developing our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our RAP outlines our vision for reconciliation and the commitments, goals, and action we will take to make a positive impact in the First Peoples communities and regions in which we operate.
Our current plan is being refreshed and the next iteration is with Reconciliation Australia. It will be launched in early 2025.
