About the project
Avonlie Solar Farm is a 245MW farm consisting of 500,000 panels set across 600 hectares of farmland. Located 25km south of Narrandera, the farm generates enough energy to power 100,000 homes.
The solar farm is located on Wiradjuri Country and the traditional owners of the land are the Narrungdera Clan.
Beon’s impact
Completed in 2022, this project provided a unique and important opportunity for us to engage the local First Nations community.
